Labour Market Database

The CNEL database was established by Art. 17 (paragraph 4) of Law 936/86. As well as, the National Archive of Collective Work Contracts it represents an informative and analytical support generating reports "about the general, sectorial, and local trends of the labour market, on the legal and compensation provisions defined by collective bargaining..." (art. 10, letter c), as well as a tool for enquiries, studies and research projects that the Information Commission intends to carry out directly.

The Law doesn't allow CNEL to generate data. However, it may collect, process and evaluate data.

The databases, therefore, aim to collect, organize and show the main statistical sources through a comprehensive and easy-to-consult method. The statistical sources are essential to the understanding of the national and international dynamics.

You can navigate the database through the Navigation tabular data tool or CnelStats tool.
