"On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women", CNEL President Renato Brunetta said, "Villa Lubin will be illuminated in red as a visible sign of solidarity and raising awareness". We did it last year as well, and it led to a concrete commitment to analysis and proposals, which developed in the following months. Today, we repeat that symbolic gesture, to keep the attention high on a phenomenon that is as unacceptable as difficult to eradicate. This symbolic gesture is made possible thanks to the technical sponsorship of ENEL, to whom I extend my sincerest gratitude. Furthermore, thanks to ENEL, we are inaugurating today the permanent artistic lighting of Villa Lubin façade, enhancing the building in a significant and innovative way. It is a moment of synergy between a constitutional institution and one of the most prestigious Italian companies, showing a truly exemplary and virtuous case of collaboration between the public and private sectors".
GOSTINELLI (ENEL): SYNERGY WITH CNEL TO SEND A MESSAGE OF SOLIDARITY
“On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, we reaffirm Enel's strong commitment to an inclusive, safe, and respectful society by lighting in red the façade of Villa Lubin, the historic and artistically prestigious headquarters of the National Council for Economics and Labour," stated Francesca Gostinelli, Head of Enel X Global Retail. "A lighting project," she continued, "in synergy with CNEL which enhances the country's artistic heritage and sends a message of solidarity through light, as a symbol of freedom that eliminates darkness and shadows. It serves to reinforce the importance of standing united in the fight against violence and in never justify any form of violent behaviour towards women".
The lighting ceremony of the CNEL façade took place alongside the conference "Let's start again from Rights".
