Covid-19. Phase three: a great industrial plan is needed

On the 10th of June the CNEL assembly discussed the proposals for the restart of the Country, acknowledging the need to focus on three strategic points: 

1. Industrial policy initiatives for the growth and development; 

2. Fiscal reform initiatives to oppose inequalities and increase the competitivity of the company system; 

3. concrete and implementational initiatives for the simplification of the rules and administrative procedures necessary to release the country's energies and to make the full and timely implementation of the reforms, necessary for development, possible.

The President Tiziano Treu affirmed that the CNEL, “in its recent documents, has already introduced some fundamental topics on the three strategic points, and has made concrete proposals to exit the emergency and to start a new development cycle”.
